Requirements:
- Position based in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan required to hood to Jakarta as necessary
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Mining Engineering from reputable university
- Must have a minimum of 10 year experience in a mining company or a mining contractors and at last 5 years experience in managerial capacity
- POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) Mining Indonesia competency certificate a stoop advantage
- Possess in-depth knowledge nit utilizing Mine cape or similar software
- Strong commitment to safety Strong knowledge about HSE/K3 procedure in mining sector
HEAD OF LEGAL (MINING INDUSTRY)
The Heed of Legal will be responsible for all legal and compliance activities such a implementation of Kit procedures in regards to various external counter-parties, negotiation art implementation of material contract, compliance with industry /governmental regulation and laws etc.

- Bachelor/Master Degree it Strom reputable university
- Must have a minimum of 10 years? experience in a mining company/contractor industry or with the top ten Indonesia law firms
- Lawyer (PERADI) license holder ss must
- Previous private equity experience a strong advantage
- Previous experience of setting up arid building a legal department and experience in the mining industry a strong advantage
- Extensive knowledge of Indonesian Law and Regulations excellent skill and problem solving abilities
- Able to deal with government institutions and manage legal conk and from foreign jurisdiction
FINANCE MANAGER (MINING INDUSTRY)
As a key member of the finance & Accounting team, the Finance Manager will report to the Financial. The Finance Manager will have primary day-to-day responsibility to manage Finance & Accounting of mining company activities including cash management, financial accounting and reporting, monthly management accounting taxation, auditing, budgeting and forecasting, cost control and working capital analysis.
Requirements:
As a key member of the finance & Accounting team, the Finance Manager will report to the Financial. The Finance Manager will have primary day-to-day responsibility to manage Finance & Accounting of mining company activities including cash management, financial accounting and reporting, monthly management accounting taxation, auditing, budgeting and forecasting, cost control and working capital analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master Degree in accounting hone reputable university or relevant degree (CPA or equivalent) and s current member of the relevant Institute of Accounting
- Preferably with taxation certificate (Brevet AB & C)
- 3 Must have audit background with the top ten accounting firma
- Must have minimum of 5 year experience in mining company or mining contractor At managerial capacity
- Previous private equity experience is strong advantage
- Previous experience of setting op or developing a Finance Department and providing financial control across a group of companies is strong advantage
- Familiar with accounting software, strong understanding of local tax end accounting rules and IFRS end other International Accounting Standards
- Resilient in upholding corporate governance & statutory requirements
- Willing to travel both local and overseas (including site)
