Mobil Cepu Ltd (MCL) is part affiliates of ExxonMobil corporation, world largest oil company. MCL operates exploration in Banyu Urip Cepu Central Java. ExxonMobil affiliates and predecessor companies have been operating in Indonesia for more than 100 years. In 2000 ExxonMobil make Technical Assistance Contract (TAC) operator in onshore Cepu Block, East and Central Java Provinces and in 2001 ExxonMobil discovery oil at Banyu Urip well #3 on Cepu TAC in Central - East Java Provinces.

Mobil Cepu Ltd. (MCL) is seeking candidates to fill several positions for its new Banyu Urip Operations

Floating Storage & Offloading (FSO) Positions :

1. Mooring Master (MM)
2. Assistan Mooring Master (AMM)
3. Deck Operations Supervisor (DOS)
4. Lead Cargo Control Room Operator (LCCRO)
5. Cargo Control Room Operator (CCRO)
6. Plant Operation COntrol Room Operator (LECRO)
7. Engine Control Room Operator (ECRO)
8. Manitenance Supervisor (MS)
9. Instrument & Electrical Lead (IEL)

For all those above FSO Positions, candidates should have

• Proof of valid STCW cerificate of company and large crude oil tanker sea time will be required
• Advance level in spoken and writting English language. Ability to prepare written reports in English is preferable
• Some knowledge of oil field operations would be beneficial
• Relevant crude oil tanker experience is preferable
• A high level of computer skills is essential
• Good communication (upward and downward) and teamwork skills are essential
• Demonstrated backgroud in behavioral based safety
• Willingness to stay at the training facilities for a 1-2 years training program, and/or company's field site in Indonesia or overseas for 1 - 2 years

Central Processing Facilities (CPF) maintenance & Operations Positions:

1. Electrical Supervisor (ES)
2. Maintenance & reliance Supervisor (MRS)
3. Mechanical Supervisor (MS)
4. Control Room Operator (CRO)
5. Lead Operator (LO)
6. Instrument & COntrol Supervisor (ICS)
7. Shift Supervisor (SS)

For all those above CPF positions, candidates hould have

• Polytechnic diploma or D3 certificate with a 3.0 GPA (preferred) or high school certificate (IPA / SMK technical) for position : ES, MRS, ICS, MS
• High school or vocational (SMK technial) school certificate preferably enhanced by related technical school course for position CRO, LO, SS
• Fluentcy in spoken and writting English language. Ability to prepare written reports in English is essential
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication (upward and downward) and interpersonal amd teamwork skills are essential - understands M&R KPI's and their significance
• Demonstrated leadership sbilities in safety excellence (e.g behavioral based safety, etc)
• Ability and willingness to actively mentor technocoams (technical skills and safety)
• Sensivity and respect for local culture and customs and values a diverse work force and community environtment
