Requirements:
- Male, Max 45 Years old
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Management, Law, Public Administration, Tekhnik
- Min 3 years experience in Human Resources area and having experience in supervisor level
- Preferably having experience in mining industry
- Well understanding about man power regulation, recruitment and training, compensation benefit, payroll, industrial relation and performance appraisal
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Willing to be based in Sulawesi
Requirements:
- Female, age around 22 - 30 years old
- D3 from Secretarial Academy
- Minimum 3 year experience as secretary or personal assistance
- Able to do secretarial task, meticulous and well-organized
- Fluent in English & Able to speak Mandarin will be Advantage
- Familiar with Ms.Office (Word, Excell, Power Point, Outlook)
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Independent person, Initiative and proactive
- Honest, discipline and loyal
