Financial Controller Manager
Requirements:
- Age min 38 years old
- The Financial Controller must be CA / CPA qualified, with at least 20 years senior accounting experience incorporating analysis and problem solving principles within a medium to lager organization ( Must have experiences at Mining field, especially Iron Sand Mining)
- A hands on position that requires working knowledge of accounting disciplines such as, financial accounting, compliance reporting and budget preparation as well as systems development and improvement is essential
- Critical to the position is strong interpersonal skills, and effective communication both verbal and written. The ability to lead a small team to achieve department and business finance demands is fundamental as is understanding protocol when interacting with management together with maintaining a high degree of sensitivity and confidentiality.
- The ability to plan and priorities workloads in order to meet deadlines is fundamental so too is effective time management of work flow in order to meet accounting deadlines. The ability to work without Management direction, use initiative and possess a positive attitude towards teamwork is critical
- The capacity to train and coach other members of the department is an expected element of this post so too is the capacity to develop and format procedures and work flow systems which accurately reflect the department?s operations
- Computer literacy is essential with particular reference to Microsoft Office ? Excel & Word with working knowledge of MYOB

Requirements:
- Bachelor (S-1 Degree) in Industrial or Technical Engineering, min 40years old.
- Male/ Female, 8 ? 10 years experience in industrial (mining industry, field (heavy equipments, electronic, food / beauty packaging) and is a similar function.
- Having experience on SAP Material Management module
- Fluently in English both oral and written is essential.
- Strong Leadership, Multi tasking, Work under pressure, Fast working, Good Communicator will be essential components of the competencies required to fulfill the task.

- Education : D3/S1 OHS /Teknik
- Experience : 3-5 Years in the appropriate fields
- Having a sense of planning and control and analytical Strong thinking.
- Mastering English and Indonesian well, oral and writing.

- Having good knowledge in OHSAS, ISO 14001
- Understanding Management K3 under the rules / regulations applicable.
