• Maximum age 25 years old in 2013
• Minimal English score from trusted intitutions : TOEFL: PBT (450) / IBT (45) / IELTS (5.5) / TOEIC (500)
• Have a good health (physically and mentally), no eye minus or plus
• Not afraid of heights
• Have good interpersonal skills and be able to coordinate / effective cooperation
