- You are responsible to understand the business requirement and technical areas of archiving, archive storage warehouse and other records management activities, review and recommend business practices to achieve compliance with technology, legal, and records management requirements by establishing partnership with internal customers / stakeholders to analyze, determine, document, and publish the process, develop, execute and evaluate operational plan for a records and information management throughout the affiliate to support and achieve organizational You will also responsible to supervise the implementation of the operational and project plan in the area of archiving and record management to meet the business objectives and improve daily operation of records storage facilities and services.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Library Sciences or any related discipline
- 5 - 8 years professional experience in Records and Information Management field
- Knowledge in managing document (hardcopy & Softcopy) is preferable
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Familiar with IT services best practices (e.g. IT Service Management Processes (ITIL), Project Management (PMPM), etc.)
- Good in computer Skill (e.g.: Ms. Office)
- Good communication skill: able to express idea systematically & clearly
- Fast learner
