Requirements
- Possess Bachelor / Master degree from reputable university in any major except Religion, Teaching, Art, Literature / Culture, Philosophy, Public Health Sciences & Nursing.
- Minimum GPA for Bachelor's degree 3.01 and for Master degree 3.20
- Maximum age 26 years old
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Not married and willing to not get married during the MDP education
- Willing to be placed in any BSM network throughout Indonesia
- Active in the organizational activities, both in or outside of campus

Requirements
- Minimum possess Bachelor's degree
- Minimum GPA 2.75 with accreditation score A
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Experienced in banking minimum 2 years at the same level position or minimum 3 years experience as a staff in commercial loan segment or corporation banking
- Computer literate minimum in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio)
- Understand the activity and financing risk
- Have a good analytical skill
- Active in the organizational activities
- Able to speak English active and passive
