Responsibilities
- The incumbent will be responsible to execute & manage whole construction activities in all SpeedCrete projects to ensure that’s outputs targets, company objective in term of solution provider and keep brand reputation, are achieved. The task will be covering, but not limited to:
- Scheduling and Controlling on all activities of project work execution.
- Leading on project execution as well as coordination among the team member and job sequence.
- Monitor project cash flow
- Ensure all team member understand the job procedure in order to meet the target time or even faster.
- Ensure all construction activities meet with SpeedCrete mission as solution provider and keep branding reputation
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor Degree of Civil / Industrial Engineering
- Min. 4 years’ experience in road and infrastructure type of construction
- Excellent in English, both written and verbal
- Have technical knowledge about road and infrastructure standar, specially in government project
- Understand concrete product and development
- Good knowledge about business concept and development
- Ability to read and interpret technical procedure and specification
- Ability to supervise and communicate with others and deal with people from all levels of the business

- The incumbent will be responsible to prepare & propose all design and engineering activities in SpeedCrete business to ensure that outputs SpeedCrete as solution provider are achieved. The task will be covering, but not limited to:
- Leading on project specification interpretation in bidding process including quantity measurement
- Ensure all design and engineering activities in road and infrastructure type of construction in both new and repair projects
- Ensure all design and engineering plan meet with SpeedCrete mission as solution provider and keep branding reputation
- Ensure work method and application meet with project specification and agreement
Requirements
- Education:
- Min. Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering
- Experience:
- Min. 4 years’ experience in road and infrastructure type of construction
- Computer literacy:
- MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, SAP2000,
- Language:

- Scope of works:
- As Batcher, the incumbent will be responsible to realize the batching of concrete and also arrange the support facility in order to ensure the customer’s design specifications and timings are met.
Requirements
- Education:
- Diploma’s degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering is preferably with 1 year experience. Fresh graduates are welcome
- Diploma’s degree from other discipline with 2 years experiences
- Experience:
- Min. 1 year experience in Concrete (or like) industry as concrete technician experience, fresh graduate are welcome
- Computer literacy:
- Proficient with MS Office, SAP and Lotus Notes
- Language:
- Good in English And Bahasa
- Other qualification / skills:
- Know how to operate a batch plant and support production facilities.
